　　清洗工藝流程：

　　Cleaning process flow:

　　1.人工上料→2.超聲波清洗→3.噴淋清洗→4.噴淋漂洗→5.噴淋凈洗→6.高壓風(fēng)刀切水→7.人工補(bǔ)吹→8.熱風(fēng)烘干→9.人工下料

　　1. Manual feeding → 2. Ultrasonic cleaning → 3. Spray cleaning → 4. Spray rinsing → 5. Spray cleaning → 6. High pressure air knife cutting water → 7. Manual blowing → 8. Hot air drying → 9. Manual feeding

　　產(chǎn)品工件的輸送及裝夾：

　　Conveying and clamping of product workpieces:

　　工件的輸送：采用輥道不銹鋼網(wǎng)帶鏈條連續(xù)輸送形式，由SEW（或晟邦CPG)齒輪減速電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，輸送速度為：0.2-2.5m/min，無級(jí)變頻可調(diào)

　　Workpiece conveying: Adopting a roller conveyor stainless steel mesh belt chain continuous conveying form, driven by SEW (or Shengbang CPG) gear reduction motor, conveying speed is 0.2-2.5m/min, infinitely variable frequency adjustable

　　工件的裝夾：工件直接放置輸送線上，工件的裝卸可由人工或機(jī)械手操作完成

　　Workpiece clamping: The workpiece is directly placed on the conveyor line, and the loading and unloading of the workpiece can be completed manually or by a robotic arm

　　工件的清洗方式：

　　Cleaning method for workpieces:

　　工件采用連續(xù)通過式清洗（可選節(jié)拍式)，當(dāng)工件在輸送通過過程中，依次完成：

　　The workpiece is cleaned using a continuous pass through method (with the option of a beat type). During the process of conveying the workpiece, it is sequentially completed:

　　洗劑超聲波清洗

　　Washing agent ultrasonic cleaning

　　洗劑噴淋清洗

　　清水噴淋漂洗

　　Rinse with clean water spray

　　純水噴淋凈洗
