超聲波清洗烘干機的這些定律

一看功率。據(jù)悉，超聲波清洗機的清洗效果是由空化效應(yīng)的大小決定，功率越大，空化程度就越大。但過大的功率會致使清洗液中氣泡的大量產(chǎn)生，對清洗振板的腐蝕加強，大大減損儀器使用壽命;而功率過小，清洗效果也會變差。因此，用戶在辨別清洗機功率的過程中應(yīng)該多加留意該清洗機的功率穩(wěn)定狀況，功率過大或過小的超聲波清洗機都不應(yīng)予以考慮。
